Despite cold and stormy weather this week, spring has decidedly got one foot in the door. The Indian Plum is just beginning to crack its first buds, while the daffodils, dandelions, and even violets were getting bee traffic during sun breaks. The bees were also hunting for water and could be seen on all sorts of damp surfaces taking in water through their long proboscises.
Here in Elimra indina plum has been in bloom over a week as well as wild willows, oriimental maples are budding now, today was good day with sun finally.
Good to hear from you, Ken. Glad you got to enjoy the sun!
